No matter what your present status in the Catholic Church,
No matter what your current family or marital situation,
No matter what your past or present situation,
No matter what your personal history, age, background, race, etc.,
No matter what your own self-image or self-esteem, you are invited, welcomed, accepted, loved, and respected at St. Benedict Church
For 150 years we have been a vibrant and welcoming part of Roman Catholic life in the western part of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. We are individuals and families who take great joy in the beauty of our worship space and great pride in the quality of our liturgies, outreach, religious education and stewardship. Enjoy your visit here and please contact one of us if you need additional information.
Fr. Martin Day, OFM CONV. LIC. THEOL., Pastor
In addition to a reflection on the readings of the day, I am going to be sending out these additional comments as we move off of square one and work toward opening up toward a more regular exercise of our Christian communal life together. That movement has a lot of moving parts and not all of them are in place, not by a long shot. So, as we move forward, I’d like to highlight various elements of what navigating through these dangerous waters will look like so that we can increase our chances of success and avoid the necessity of going back to square one and starting over.
